Two questions. How do you feel about Pomegranate? If you were to choose between cinnamon/ginger and peppermint, what would you choose? Love pomegranate love cinnamon ginger and peppermint, but If I had to pick it would be cinnamon/ginger

As much as I like mint ( which is a lot), I put cinnamon and ginger in as many food items as possible. I may be addicted. It's actually quite ridiculous. *stands proudly beside her in that addiction*

essential oils are just as bad for me if not worse since they are so concentrated. Vanilla is one that makes me feel like I can't breath. Margaret.

Don't forget people to update me or one of the mobs when you have sent and received a package. I am almost complete to send mine. Yay!! I'm close. The organic ginger shortage that both our primary suppliers ran into meant a couple of things (both orders and Secret Santa... grumble) are waiting on yet another order from Starwest. Thankfully they got lbs of it restocked, so it is only a little more expensive than our prices are set for. Our stopgap order had to be 2 ounce bags, as that was all they had, which was painful.

My cold was keeping me up. I couldn't breathe to save my life! Ha, no pun intended. Now the steroids+antibiotics are making me so nauseous I can't sleep OR eat! At least I'm bound to louse a pound or two before this is all over... One of the things I had Mister Tea do whilst he was ill was carry a cloth with a drop of peppermint essential oil on it in his pocket. It helped with both the airways and the nausea, and cooled aggravated blown-too-much-nose. Could do a small sachet of dried, as well, though wouldn't be as effective. Also, I have decided the Deb's healing-of-skin-and-0itching salve is a must for winter. Or sick. Or allergic skin reactions. Or.... Peppermint oil. Now why haven't I thought of that. It does wonders to open the airways. And the other meds I'm on have been making me so sick to my stomach. Two more days and they're finished. Next time I think I might just skip the doc and try homeopathic cures instead. I just worry about my hubby so with his compromised immune system. I don't want to harbor anything that might cause him trouble...

Nice to know I am not the only one to hold their breath past those smelly stores in the mall. Do you guys live next to your computers to be posting at 4:00 AM. MINT is the best with dark chocolate. Margaret Seriously, just about anything is better with dark chocolate. And booze. Especially at 4:00 a.m.!
