Just slightly above and to the outside corners of your eyes you'll feel a little area that's slightly indented. You'll know you have the right spot if when pressing your finger lightly there and opening your jaw you feel movement where your finger is.
This is a good spot for putting just a little dab of the solid perfume stick. Sometimes breathing in peppermint and/or lavender will help, so just another little dab right under your nose. And if it doesn't aggravate your beautiful full lips lightly apply it to your lips when you do your temples and nose. The next gent that is lucky enough to get a kiss from you will be "fragrantly" surprise
I'm sure Desert Sage could steer you towards using some herbal tea on a daily basis, as I've heard many who suffer frequently from those nasty headaches are helped by drinking a tea blend to help keep them away or limit the frequency and times they occur. Sorry I can't suggest what they would be other than Peppermint tea, and only then if you're body/system/conditions would allow it. Peppermint is an adaptogen herbs but can also have some side effects for some when ingested.
When you start running low on the Peppermint/Lavender stick let me know and I'll drop another one in the mail to you...courtesy of the USPS as a gift. Here's the middle finger at ya English Customs
