Question Will this harm my listing? For my custom case listing, I have been thinking about adding a statement how I cannot make cases using copyrighted characters and such. I get asked all the time "Can you make me a Frozen case?" or "Can I have a case with Hello Kitty on it?" and as much as I would love to make everyone happy, I can't. I don't know if it would make me look bad, or be bad for my search results by adding it to the listing, or if I should just be patient with the continuous convos.

I can't really answer the question as to whether it would harm your listing or not. If you worded it carefully in your description, I don't see how it would hurt your listing as far as being found in searches or anything. As a customer, I appreciate it when people make statements like that. It shows that you have respect for other people's work and ideas and aren't out to just make a buck off anyone who's willing to pay. I get so annoyed with people who blatantly violate copyright laws and then get bent out of shape when someone dares to "steal" their idea.

If you have a GoogleAdWords account, use it! Lots of time the Google Ad word phrases will be the same as Etsy keyword searches so I will try to include them as a tag and in my item title if possible
